Knowing and using good form for a kettlebell exercise is a must no matter if your skill or strength level. It protects you from injury and ensures you are getting the most out of your workouts. When you feel form slipping, that's when you know when to take a break.
If you're unsure if you're doing it right or simply need some feedback from a certified kettlebell coach. Take a short video (45 seconds or less) of you doing the exercise send it to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll watch it and get back to you with any hint and tips which might help you on your way.
For us to provide the best advice, please make sure:
- your whole body exercise is captured in the shot
- you take from front on (facing camera) and side on
- to include the name of the exercise in the email title
