The most important things when you train with kettlebells (or any equipment) is to 1) be safe and 2) have fun. Keep at if and you will become a stronger and leaner version of yourself. If you have that niggling feeling that today isn't the day for you, or you miss a session, don't beat yourself up, we're talking long term progress people.
